Toby is awesome. He has a special talent that takes on a holistic approach to health and wellness. He really knows his anatomy as he explains what is going on with each of your muscles. My experience with Toby was not just a massage, but an intuitive massage as he used special techniques to release energy blockages. Toby took his time with me, explained what doing and how it helps, played soft music, went over exercises, gave exercise handout, and overviewed what is needed to improve and how often to be seen.
More reminders of when to breath would be helpful. Otherwise, breathing was as needed naturally and with Toby's patient and caring direction. Toby clearly is very knowledgeable on how the muscles work and how to help relieve pain.
Being new to massage and Body Sava I would prefer to complete paperwork before coming to first appointment, to ensure complete and best information included in documents.

I went to your old location and I called as soon as I knew I had made a mistake. I was then of course about 8-10 minutes late. When I called about the delay, I didn't feel like the person on the other end of the call was very understanding....he said it was sent in my appointment confirmation e-mails. Since my friend referred me and told me your old location, I didn't have the need to confirm the address. Also, I certainly wasn't explained that my massage would be shortened by 15 minutes because of it. I paid for a 75 minutes massage, but only received about a 60 minute massage. My massage started at 4:10 and was over by 5:11pm. This was especially disappointing since this was my 1st visit to BodySava, I don't get to do this very often and it was never explained to me that my massage would be cut short by almost 15 minutes. Also frustrating was that the massage therapist did not appear to an appointment waiting after me. Guessing could have went the full 75 minutes.
