Marisa has a natural healing energy, but as a massage therapist she is intuitive, professional and strong! This was the best massage I have ever had. The combination of the warm oil and Marisa's caring and deft movements was a truly relaxing and wonderful experience. Kristen was very helpful in trying to help relieve my lower back pain. I had a few deep tissue massage sessions and she listened to what I needed. I've never received an MFR session like Sierra's offering. Her work is so subtle and deep. My body, mind + heart feel so grounded and uplifted after working with her, and that feeling of spaciousness + contentment is long-lasting. I explained where my pain was and she provided what felt like a customized session to address my discomfort. She also offered unique stretching options to help moving forward. A day later and the area doesn’t have the throbbing, sometimes sharp, pain, but feels sore as if after a good workout, like the tissue is healing. 10/10, will do again!
