We offer a wide range of services as well as add on services, Our mission is to become the preferred Spa destination of Monroe County by offering massage services in a relaxing atmosphere, in which healing can take place and improve the quality of life for our clients. Our focus is on the health and well being of our clients through education and advancements that we pass onto our customers.We have three massage therapists in which to book an appointment with.

I have had massages before but I have never felt as good as I had after the massage from Valarie.
I didn’t realize how tense my entire body was. For the first time in years I don’t have a pressure sensation in my head and I swear that I can see better. Can’t wait to go back again.

This is the best experience I've had with massage. Valerie took the time to talk to me about my issues, even noticing some things I hadn't. She spent extra time on my knee, which is my main area of pain and injury and found things out of place that my ortho dr either hadn't seen or mentioned. I will definitely be returning.

The location was very easy to find. The massage was a nice and relaxing experience but also the therapist Val was very knowledgeable and showed me a couple stretches to help prevent some of the muscle tension I've been experiencing with my neck and back. Will definitely be going again.
