Having personal experience with injury and illness, I am passionate about the power and potential of massage therapy. I believe that massage can help us connect with and heal, not just our physical bodies but our mind and spirit as well.
I am an AOS degree graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) Boulder, Colorado, internationally renowned as the leading College in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I have completed over 1400 hours of training, including Integrative, Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, with a focus on Sports and Orthopedic massage. I have been practicing privately, on and off, since 2009.
My work with professional and amateur dancers, athletes and musicians as well as stroke survivors and Hospice clients, combined with my world-class training, has given me the skills necessary to tailor your massage session to your individual needs.
