Cedar Martyn,cmt has over 20 years practicing bodywork and specializes in a deep tissue barefoot massage technique known as Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. Also known as "The deepest & most luxurious massage on the planet". Benefits include: correction of muscle imbalances, increased flexibility, reduced post-run soreness, more efficient running, muscle fiber repair, fascia repair, injury prevention, pain management and better circulation. I needed emergency care for acute pain in my neck and shoulders.
Cedar listened very carefully to my desires/needs and provided both treatment and advice to help resolve the issues. Even though part of that advise involved treatment by another modality, which she initiated for me at the close of my treatment by her. Both her treatment and that of the other modality provider resolved my issues wonderfully. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I like that my facial was totally unique from ordinary facials. I also got a great upper body massage! Awesome and relaxing. My face looks younger and smoother, radiant!
