A very good experience hands down!
I’ve had quite a few different type of Massage Therapists do work on me so, I know exactly what works and what doesn’t work for me. I am also a high-octane ball player and highly active athlete, so my muscles get put to the test daily! Leslie, had multiple methods of massage therapy that she conducted, especially in the tougher muscles. She also has a vast knowledge of the functionality of the muscles, so it enables her to really concentrate in a specific area with pinpoint accuracy and seemingly easy too.
In addition to those things, her ability to create a solid engagement, sustain a real conversation and make it comfortable and relaxing all at the same time, was exceptional. I was thoroughly impressed. Will be back and would recommend, with no hesitation.

Lesley is super personable. You feel immediately comfortable, which is important for those of us who don't go to massages on a regular basis. She asks the right questions, thinks as she goes along and even suggests different techniques or things she can do to address your issue (whatever it may be). Loved it.

I signed up for the theraputic massage with Jess and Jess was great! She was so intentional and asked me to talk a little about myself, my job and what I was looking for in the massage. She let me know to be vocal about what wouldnt feel good, but the overall experince was great. She focused on knots I had no idea I had. She was very gentle and respectful throughout the entire massage. Something I really appreciated was that she noticed my feet were cold so she massaged my feet with hot stones and made sure they stayed warm in the entire session. I will definitely come back again in the future.

The Spring Equinox massage is superb! A full body dry brushing followed by a massage is just the thing to get rid of toxins and renew your skin. I always do an exfoliating body treatment with the change of seasons and highly recommend Elk Rock's. Franciss is a great therapist, was able to find all those problem areas and melt them away.

The environment is relaxing, the location is perfect and easy to get to plus there's free parking and it's close to the Max station and bus lines if you take public transit.
