Michelle is just the best of the best. Her manual therapy skills are top notch-- she's intuitive and uses her hands to sense which areas of your body are in need of extra time/attention. She takes time before and after each session to find out how you're really feeling, both physically and mentally. She provides additional tips and advice for the improvement of your overall wellness throughout the session. I work in management for a healthcare facility and Michelle encompasses ALL of the things that we strive to instill in our clinicians. Her ability to listen and make you feel cared for is exceptional. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone and everyone in need of her services. It will be the best money and time that you've ever spent.

Michelle is absolutely the best! I have some complicated musculoskeletal issues! She is making good progress with my neck and shoulders such that the PT I'm working with is grateful to have her health! I'm grateful every time an appointment rolls around!

First, let me say that Michelle is an absolute expert in massage. She knows what she’s doing without a doubt. But I also love going to see Michelle because she’s amazing at reading the room and knowing when I feel chatty and just need a good massage or if I am really depleted emotionally and need to truly zone out. Last night I was completely drained when I showed up for my appointment and she took such good care of me and when I left, I felt so much better and back on track. Thank you Michelle! I appreciate you so much!

I would say it was better for an overall general massage than a targeted troublesome area. I went in with hamstring tightness and it did get loosened up, but not until late in the 60 min session. Admittedly, my troublesome hamstring is abnormally shaped due to significant tearing incident 20 years ago, so it was a bit of an exploratory mission for Michelle. I thought I would experience more pain as the troublesome spots were located than I did. I requested heavy pressure, but was a bit disappointed I wasn't in more discomfort from the pressure applied to the troublesome areas. Perhaps my previous sports massage experiences influenced my impression of the session. I am just used to a lot more discomfort as the affected area is massaged. However, the telltale sign of effectiveness will come in a few days when I try run again.
