Thank you for you comments. We do strive to keep our check-ins short and efficient. That is why we ask you to fill out your intake form online if possible. We will speak with our receptionist about eating lunch when expecting a client. That does look unprofessional and we apologize! We do keep an old fashioned spiral notebook next to the computer to jot notes down while taking appointments. This may have been what you noticed as a "doodle book."

Hi Cherie. Feeling sore the day after a massage is not uncommon, especially if it is your first massage or has been a long time in between massages. Drinking extra water will help eliminate the soreness.

Here are a few suggestions that you may find helpful. Like our Facebook page. Special pricing on any of services, this is the first place you can find out about them. We also offer a package of massages that are less expensive when purchased together. At Essential Elements, we provide a full hour of hands on massage. Many places include consultation and dressing/undressing time in your 60 minutes, leaving you with only 50 minutes of massage.
