I am a nationally certified LMT specializing in Myofascial Release (MFR), the new painless deep tissue technique that is revolutionizing massage therapy. Combined with Craniosacral Therapy, clients are calling the results "amazing". I was a "client" with a chronic left shoulder impingement. After one class of MFR, the shoulder was permanently released. I was "amazed" and determined to learn how I could apply this treatment to all parts of the body.

Stiff necks, chronic headaches, aching backs, over worked shoulders, and restricted hips are just a small sampling of what these treatments release. Additional treatments are used as needed or wanted, including trigger point, deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone.
