She's here to help you continue on your path to complete health and wellness by focusing on using therapeutic and medical techniques to uniquely qualify in caring for and helping to ease clients of their aches, pains, anxiety, depression, etc. and to help them on their individual journeys of self healing, both physically and mentally. Deep Tissue, Therapeutic and Sports Massage are amongst her favorite types of styles because her techniques and modalities help to reduce chronic aches and pains in the underlying structures of the muscular tissues. She's also more recently added sound bowls (sound therapy) as an add-on option to her treatments, in order to calm, relax and release the clients' bodies prior to sessions. Mandi is also the creator of the all natural healing line of products that you'll find here at Quintessential Therapy! She started the line to allow clients options of non toxic items to add to their healing and self-care routines, such as lip balms, bath bombs, hand/body soap, candles, etc. Don't forget that what you put on your body ends up inside of your body!

Mandi was a fantastic massage therapist - this was the first massage I've had that wasn't just relaxing, but felt restorative and focused on underlying muscular issues that contribute to my back pain. It's clear Mandi is an expert at her craft. I have been struggling with shoulder mobility and she shared stretches/exercises I can do for mobility. The massage was great! With working from home my posture is definitely suffering so this was an excellent reset. The space is so nice and so sparkling clean!
