Reflexology

Reflexology involves applying pressure points to different stops on the foot that relate and apply to easing pain within body parts or organs threw out rest of the body. Most of the time I incorporate reflexology within massage that allow the time. Though if asked, a full session of reflexology can be acquired.

Swedish

Swedish is the main modality focused on within my schooling. We focused on the consecutive relations of stokes given to each ligament giving the body the proper balance for the treatment to take the full effect, one being major relaxation.

Trigger Point Therapy

I've use trigger point therapy to ease clients chronic pain and subside knots the side of golf balls. This technic can cause to be very painful. Pushing deeply on areas for several seconds until a release or ease is felt in the muscle or area.

Energy Work

Beautiful healing sessions rooted in the principle that the body is bioenergetic and seeks to maintain balance. Energy healing seeks to restore, promote, and maintain health and wellness to all those elements by influencing and supporting the body's bioenergies. I love to use sound frequencies to assist in the healing effects, as well as, multiple other tools.

Deep Tissue

Specialized in Deep Tissue Therapy as I graduated Massage school. Utilizing technique with short, specific, deep stokes to activate pressure point and release tension in major areas of muscle pain.

Rock and Unlock

This is a recent technique added to my book of modalities. One I'm quite found of actually, it's very low impact on the client and therapist. By rocking the extremities, muscles, and body back and forth helps release joint with little impact and no pain caused towards the client.

I’ve been seeing Nichole for a while now and it’s always an amazing massage. I work a very stressful job and have some sports injuries that always act up. I always feel completely relaxed and the pain in my shoulder always feels 100 times better afterwards. Great listener and very professional. If you are looking for a new massage therapist I couldn’t recommend a better person.
