Living life comes with its fair share of bumps and bruises. If you have a body, you understand that all too well.

I'm here to help facilitate healing for that body. Whether your bodywork goals are pain management, athletic rehab, maintenance or relaxation, I have a toolbox full of massage and stretch therapy techniques that can help me help you get back to doing what you love doing.

I am a warrior against aches, pain, stiffness, tightness, knots, and stress. Headaches and Sciatica are my favorite conditions to work out, but there is no soft tissue foe I won't back down from.

This session is geared towards recruiting muscle fibers for optimal muscle functionality, repairing micro trauma in overworked soft tissue, and clearing out adhesion's to keep the body moving freely. Not wanting to be the typical broke college student, I brainstormed how I could make more money in a short amount of time. December following my high school graduation, I enrolled in a massage therapy program at Berdan Institute & started my journey.
For the last 12 years, I've honed my massage therapy skills in New Jersey and Las Vegas and also managed multiple massage therapy clinics. Massage therapy has always made sense to me so after accepting this, I ditched the idea that I needed college & decided to open Project Body Massage and Stretch Therapy in NJ where I helped other massage therapists create booming personal practices.
That clinic is doing great, so it was time for me to move back to the desert! Now I'm in Phoenix and looking to rebuild my practice out here!
