Look forward to going each time. Kara knows exactly how to help make me feel relaxed & take the pain away. Very relaxing room with soothing lighting & calming music. And last time she had lavender in the diffuser. Perfect!

I moved to Mesa about a year ago, tried several massage places. was ready to give up on massage, it was a waste of money. I was refered to Kara by my personal trainer. WOW finaly a professional who really knows what she is doing. Kara was awesome. she knows how to work that deep tissue massage to really relax and release tight muscles. She also showed me exercise to do for my chronic bad shoulder bringing back mobility I have not had in years.
The studio is clean and very inviting. Loved it so much I booked a massage for my wife, and another for me.
