Hi, my name is Tara Kukla and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Mesa, Arizona.
After attending Cosmetology School in 2008, I became a Licensed Esthetician performing Organic Facials, Body Scrubs, and Body Wraps.
In 2015, I graduated South West Institute of Healing Arts, an amazing school for Massage Therapists and continued education at Advanced Massage Arts and Education in Tempe, Arizona.
Certified in Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy and Therapeutic Massage, I became passionate on helping those with chronic Back and Sciatica pain.
I opened my practice in 2020 specializing in chronic Back and Sciatica pain, while maintaining a relaxing environment for skincare and spa treatments.
My skincare treatments not only nourish the skin, but can also help reduce your pain, as a Dead Sea Mud Body Wrap (click here for more information: https://tarasholisticmassage.com/skincare/ ) contains multiple minerals to help soothe sore muscles while detoxifying and nourishing the skin. Studies have shown a monthly Dead Sea Body Wrap reduces chronic pain.
Also soon introducing Gua Sha to my facial treatments. Gua Sha can help reduce pain by releasing the tight and sticky fascia, eliminating toxins, and softening facial tension.
