There is nothing better than relieving a client's pain or reducing their stress. I received my training at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN and I am skilled in Swedish (relaxation), deep tissue, trigger point and cross fiber therapy, rehabilitative and medical massage, reflexology, pregnancy massage, manual lymph drainage, sports massage and chair massage. I am fully licensed in Arizona, nationally certified in massage therapy and bodywork and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

I began my massage career in 2005 in the Chicagoland/NW Indiana area and moved to Arizona with my family in 2012. I've been licensed as a massage therapist in Arizona since 2020, and I'm a professional member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).
My practice has included Swedish massage, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and positional release techniques that aid in bringing balance and function to restricted muscle tissue.
