This modality helps decrease pain and discomforts associated with muscular imbalances. Precision muscle targeting, using deep muscle therapy techniques, breaks down overdeveloped muscles, allowing weaker muscles to regain their strength and restore balance. These massages are very muscle specific and intricate. It will focus on your body as a whole and not just the location of pain or injury.

Upon graduating from Queen Creek High School, he discovered massage therapy as a passion and enrolled in Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2004. James was very professional. He made sure to focus on the parts of my body that were in pain. He even stretched me at the end to help relax my hamstrings which was hurting my back. Highly recommend!
