Welcome, my name Michelle and I am a massage therapist in Medford, Oregon. I provide therapeutic massage to help manage pain associated with injuries and muscle fatigue. I incorporate Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cupping, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Facilitated Stretching into each treatment at your request. Therapeutic massage can provide you an alternative choice for pain relief, increase your mobility, and help you manage symptoms from a variety of health conditions.
I accept Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and PIP auto insurance claims. Both of these insurance claims will need a doctor's prescription and verification of eligibility before your first appointment. I also can take HSA and FSA payments. Please contact me for more information.

I work my body hard and usually see Michelle when I really need her help with medical/therapeutic massage. She always works wonders! In my recent visit, I didn't have any areas that were super bad so after she addressed my normal problem spots she was able to do some relaxing techniques that were absolutely amazing! I surf a lot and my shoulder and neck muscles get bound up. I stretch and train, but sometimes I just can’t get some trouble areas to release. Michelle outperformed several other message therapist I have been to in the past. She got into those trouble areas and actually did some good work. I feel like I tapped into two thirds of her potential because she knows how craft and how to truly work the muscles and trigger points. I’ve been on the search a new massage therapist after the one and only person I went to moved to Portland. I was really nervous but instantly relaxed when I met her. She is a ray of sunshine and dare I say better than the last person I went to. Really knowledgeable and understood my problem areas after a horse riding accident I had a longtime ago. I forgot what it felt like to be so relaxed!

I liked that Michelle paid attention when I was talking about my pain points. She took time to concentrate on those. And she increased and decreased the pressure as per my requests. The ambience could be improved. Music could be a little louder, little more soothing and a nice scented candle or aroma therapy would be nice.
