This was my 1st Thai massage. It will now definitely go in to my massage rotation. Thai massage is done fully clothed and involves lots of stretching and acupressure. It was great to have areas pushed beyond what I can do myself. I felt as relaxed after this massage as I do after deep tissue massage.
