My search lead me to massage therapy. I earned my massage therapy certification from the Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in 2003 and am currently licensed in Illinois and hold my Board Certification through NCBTMB. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and Swedish massage. I have been a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) for 14 years. I am passionate about massage and believe the world would truly be a more peaceful and healthy place if everyone received regular massage. I spend my free time with my loving family and pet friends which include three amazingly adorable cats and one sweet puppy.

Amy is a fantastic therapist! For years I have suffered from painful trigger point issues, that doctors seem to know nothing about. Amy finds the trouble spots and works on them, and the results are amazing! Lovely, comfortable room, and utmost professionalism. And Amy is also a delight to talk with as well. She is also a yoga instructor, and has taught me some hepful stretches.
