Prenatal Massage

Women who receive Prenatal massage have better birth outcomes. Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women through all Trimesters and post partum. Pillows, bolsters, semi-reclined and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Massage alleviates muscle tension and pain. "Customized" massage incorporates a variety of techniques according to the needs of the client to relieve severe tension in muscles and help to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Deep tissue, stretching, essential oils, hot or cold packs, cupping and topical analgesics may also be applied.

Couples Massage

You and your partner can let your cares release together! Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Please make sure there is enough room for two massage tables in the same room, typically the living room. Usually 7x8-10 feet.

Corporate & Event Chair Massage

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation, muscle tension and stress relief. This is a great service to offer your employees or at special events. It is recommended that each person spends at least 5 minutes in the chair to receive therapeutic benefit. Restorative Facial Massage
