I had not heard of Trinity Massage clinic until my son purchased a gift certificate for me. So glad he did because i had an amazing and relaxing massage that was much needed. She listened to my needs, spent extra time on my problem areas and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful studio and really like my therapist. She really stirred up the toxins! Loved the heated towels on my feel, and that I did not feel really greasy from the oil when I left. A couple suggestions- 1. Music was a little loud. 2. A little more pressure on those common spots, or spots that were pointed out as sore. 3. Longer time on the glutes.

I had a very difficult time connecting with the staff via phone after my appointment. The number listed on their business card rings for a minute and then the call always fails. The massage specifically was great, very relaxing and professional, but the lack of adequate customer service in terms of communication was concerning.

Hi Jason! Thank you for the compliment on the massage. Yes yesterday was a bit of a disaster as we were having serious technical difficulties with the voicemail service. I currently don’t have a receptionist and was back to back with clients, which made it difficult to resolve the problem quickly. So very sorry about the lack of communication but the voicemail is back up and working again!

I liked the most the work that was done on my shoulders. Karol rotated my arm from my side to hanging over the head end of the table while pressing into my shoulder muscle. It was intense but so awesome and relieved a ton of tension that I could not on my own. I would have paid for that one manuver alone.

Karyl is an excellent practitioner. I have had countless massages throughout the past 20 years, specifically for neck injury and resulting neck and upper back pain. She used a technique that I had never experienced before. I usually leave a session feeling, "done for the day", but not this time. I was able to meet a client of my own right after my appointment, and felt energized and on top of my game. I will be back.
