Elizabeth’s passion is to help clients’ achieve goals of pain relief and range of motion issues. 

She received her A.A.S. Degree in Massage Therapy at Globe University in 2013. During her education she was a personal care giver for 6 years. 

The best massage sessions consist of many different modalities of massage, clear and open communication and professional relationships.  From Myofascial stretches and passive stretching to deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Upper body and headaches are her passion areas to help clients. The best way to resolve an issue in the tissue is to approach it from every possible angle.  

 Continuing education is very important for any Massage Therapist to gain the up to date techniques to better serve clients’. She continues education in: CranioSacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology and numeral forms of energy work as well.

 Her belief is no matter how light or deep the technique, massage therapy can help. Anyone can benefit from the power of touch.
