Elev8 Massage Therapy strives to bring balance back into your busy stress-filled life.
The lives of so many of my clients have been enhanced by a continued massage routine.

My goal is to help you access your best life through the calming affects of massage. Individualized treatment plans will allow you to aid in repairing the issues which your body and psyche struggling. 

I have recently moved to The Maplewood Wellness Center. This tranquil space will improve the quality of your massage experience.

 If it is more convenient for you, I can also offer services in your home.

His studio is inviting and his table with the warming pad is comfortable. Finally, I've been receiving massages regularly for over 30 years and his pricing is exactly as it should be. I received one of the best massages of my life! I was experiencing a good deal of pain. Jim was very intuitive to tread lightly until he knew my tolerance level and gradually increased pressure to relieve the pain and tension. I must say I left a new man!

Jim Brooks provides an amazing massage experience. In discussions before beginning my treatment he thoroughly investigated my reasons for seeking his services and then initiated them accordingly. I sought, on my neurosurgeon's advice, deep tissue work on my left shoulder and arm that had lost a great deal of range of motion from orthopedic surgeries. With his help I have regained considerable use of the arm, as well as a good feeling overall. I recommend him highly.
