We are excited to be opening up to the community in December of 2020. The owner of Ledgebrook Massage Center, Aaron Shea has been an LMT since 2017 and used this time to gain great experience and develop a very unique and effective technique. What sets us apart as a practice is our specific, thorough, and educated work. We also believe in educating our clients for long term health. As most massage therapists we live to serve others and that is the foundation of practice. We are a family owned small business, both having grown up in the area. We are grateful that we now have the opportunity to offer our services and promote wellness in the community we get to call home. more

As a 57 year old recreational bodybuilder who has been enjoying the gym for years, I come to Aaron with a unique set of muscular/soft tissue needs. His unique ability to palpate, pinpoint and then apply a variety of techniques have been a huge help to me. With that said, I don’t want to niche Aaron skills to the type of client that I am. I require Deep Tissue/Sports combo. I see him every other week like clock work, and it’s made a huge difference for me in and out of the gym. I dare say there is no client beyond the scope of what he can do. His knowledge base is solid, his technique is flawless, and he listens with his ears and his hands. Whether you come in for just a relaxing massage to wring out the stresses of the week, or you are a recreational athlete who is looking to increase recovery time from your workouts or any sports you play regardless of your age, he’s your guy!
