I like the salon and it's location in the North End Wellness Center. The salon is a nice size, has a quiet, clean, and welcoming ambiance. I love the little fireplace! There is easy access to public restrooms just outside the salon in the Wellness Center.

Louise was very professional and took the time to explain how she was going to conduct the deep tissue massage. She also incorporated stretching into the massage which was very helpful and much needed. The building was very clean and Louise mentioned a few times how they sanitize repeatedly to ensure a very safe environment. She also wore a face mask the entire time. I would highly recommend Louise for your next massage. One of the best I’ve had!

This was my first massage, a gift from a friend who has enjoyed many. I was greeted and had everything explained to me in a courteous and professional manner. The room was quiet, with soft music in the background, and comfortable. Sara is an absolute professional who explained everything as she went, especially knowing I was a novice, in order to make me even more relaxed. I have some tightness issues and Sara worked through them and recommended stretches I could use to gain more flexibility. This was a fabulous introduction for me, and I scheduled another session before I fly out on a business trip. I was relaxed for the entire afternoon. Sara truly listened and asked detailed questions. She used different therapeutic techniques depending on what would work best on that specific area. My neck was sore, my upper back was really tight and as I had shoulder surgery about 8 months ago that area needed extra attention. When I left my neck pain was gone, my upper back was relaxed and my shoulder felt loose and pain-free. Sara is an excellent therapist whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery or if you just need to chill. I look forward to my next appointment!

I tried Karen, who is very skillful, but I disliked finding out after the massage that a therapist in the next room could hear my conversation with my therapist.
