Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning the deep layers of muscles tissue to alleviate aches and pains. It works by gently but firmly working across muscle bands to separate the tissues again, to lengthen shortened and contracted soft tissue structures, and to encourage efficient circulation to and from the affected area. It's such a powerful therapeutic technique because it goes deeper than the typical relaxation massage to help rehabilitate soft tissue dysfunctions that are a result of injuries as well as muscle aches and strains.

I am so happy to have found Himalayan Massage. I desperately needed a massage and I liked the services listed here. Booking the appointment was easy and Beshoy messaged me shortly after booking the appointment to see if I could come in earlier to accommodate the add ons I had selected. The ambience of the whole place was just what I was looking for - peaceful. My salt stone massage was the best treatment I've ever had. I usually go once a year or two, but I booked my follow up appointment before I left and am already looking forward to going back.
