My name is Archana Damle.I grew up in India and came to Huntsville in 2007 right after I got married.Within 3 years we had a beautiful son and like many others moms, I decided to stay at home so I would not miss any of his milestones. A miscarriage left me depressed for a while; I was trying to find peace and closure and that’s when it occurred to me that interacting with people and helping them heal was the path to heal myself. My journey started with Madison School of Massage Therapy in June of 2013 and I graduated in September of 2014. I took a break and received my license while baby no 2 was on the way. I started out as a therapist gradually when my daughter was a few months old and now that my beautiful daughter is older I am ready for bigger steps in the wonderful massag...

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Hot stone massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy enhanced with essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils) added to the massage oil or lotion. Inhaling essential oils through the nose is thought to promote beneficial changes in the mind and body by affecting the limbic system (a region of the brain known to influence the nervous system). Essential oils are also believed to be absorbed through the skin.
