Suzanne received her 620 hour certificate in Massage and
Shiatsu from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2003. She received her
Diplomate in Asian Bodywork Therapy through the National Certification
Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2004. In 2005,
Suzanne gained an additional 115 hours of clinical training at the
Chengdu (China) College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Suzanne has
studied with master teachers such as Barbra Esher, Rosemary Scavullo,
the late, great Alex Tiberi, Jeffrey Yuen, and Tom Bisio, Pauline Sasaki
and Kiiko Matsumoto. She began her private practice in 2005 in Hunt
Valley, Maryland. In 2012 Suzanne moved back to the midwest. She
practices shiatsu and massage in downtown Madison and Spring Green,
Suzanne integrates Eastern and Western assessment, theory and
techniques to create a comprehensive holistic bodywork therapy tailored
to the individual. She uses a synthesis of modalities to achieve lasting results. She has worked with people of all ages with injuries,
excessive stress and anxiety, headaches/migraines, neck, shoulder and
back pain, fertility difficulties, neuropathy and chronic illnesses such
as fibromyalgia and lupus.
Suzanne teaches couples and
small group workshops.
