I began my path as a bodyworker in earnest in 1998 when I enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have spent the intervening years absolutely loving that I get the opportunity to help people effect positive change in their lives, relieve pain and dysfunction, and move forward to being their best functional selves. While I have been doing this for almost a quarter of a century, I still am amazed at all that there is to learn....

Christopher always does an amazing job at knowing exactly which parts of the body need work...even if I don't realize it myself! Highly recommend for anyone who wants a highly technical and experienced masseuse who is part "physical therapist" and part "massage therapist."

I cannot say enough amazing things about Christopher! I booked this extremely last minute because of how much lower back pain I was having. Christopher took the time to listen to complaints and then continued to be very communicative in terms of pressure for deep tissue. I felt so much better after that I went ahead and booked my next appointment 2 weeks from that date! I am looking forward to returning to Nordic Health Massage and to become one of Christopher’s regulars!
