I am a professional and respectful Massage Therapist who enjoys taking care of my clients. I continue to learn new modalities to improve my knowledge to help my clients with various issues in their body, mind and spirit. Below is some of the techniques I do.
Swedish massage for those who are seeking relaxation only.
Deep Tissue to release any tight muscles, trigger points, and adhesion (knots).
Dry Cupping to release those hard to relax muscles by helping to pull out toxins, inflammation and stagnant blood that may be causing issues in the muscles. I also massage area with cups to help bring blood flow to the muscle to help it release.
