Hi, I’m Lorrie, a recently licensed massage therapist with a fresh, compassionate approach to bodywork. I’m passionate about using both my hands and heart to create a safe space where healing and relaxation of the body and spirit can truly happen. My goal is always to help clients feel seen, supported, and at ease.

Health and wellness have been lifelong passions of mine, and I’m excited to grow alongside a team that genuinely cares about people and their well-being. I love to incorporate stretching into my bodywork. I’m currently expanding my knowledge in lymphatic drainage massage, myofascial release, PNF techniques and cupping. I also have a special interest in serving the senior community as part of my ongoing education.

Fun facts: I’m a proud cat mom and plant lover who enjoys yoga, dance fitness, and lifting weights in my free time.

I prefer more pressure for deep tissue than she used, but somehow the results were just as effective. Her massages have sped up my recovery time post training and successfully helped me avoid a recurring overuse injury!

Lorrie took the time to listen to what my needs were due to a recent surgery on my neck. I didn’t really notice at first but I realized on the way home my neck pain was gone for the first time since the surgery. I definitely recommend Lorrie and will schedule with her soon.

Lorrie took her time and made sure I was comfortable and getting the most from my massage. She's also very nice to talk with as well. Overall it was a great experience. I plan to book another massage with her and would recommend her to friends and family.
