Beth began learning and practicing Vedic Thai assisted yoga in 2012 and received training at the Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2014.  She continues to study under the guide of Vedic Conservatory instructors Aura Vaught, Sudevi Kramer, and Mukti Buck. Having completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2009, Beth can be found teaching various styles of yoga including Corepower, vinyasa, and Tony Sanchez inspired hot yoga at Yoga on Baxter, the University of Louisville, and Bellarmine University.  She is also a certified Flygym instructor specializing in aerial yoga, which she teaches at ModernDay Fitness Highlands Studio.

Beth is hoping to bring Thai yoga assists to aid everyone from beginning yogis to dedicated practitioners. She is eager to introduce this meditative and holistic practice to all body types in an effort to bring groundness, ease, and peace of mind to her clients in the journey of their personal practice, whatever it may be.  In her off time, Beth is pursuing her creative mind through theatre and performing arts with local ensembles The Bard's Town and Blue Apple Players.
