My massage therapy education has shown me that massage techniques, stretches, and energy work are incredibly effective ways to control, correct, and prevent pain from both chronic and acute causes. I love bodywork, because it allows me to help a wide range of people and continually learn about ways to improve quality of life for my clients. I also have level 1 Reiki certification and plan to continue along that path of energy work education.
