Kasey McGill is a licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in 2020.
While working over two decades in the optical field, she became the office massage therapist who worked on everyone's shoulders at their desks. As her coworkers noticed her massage techniques improving, she felt motivated to enter massage school to see how she could help others relieve day to day pain. Kasey has developed a fascination in trigger point therapy, relieving headaches and studying pain caused by sleeping positions. She feels as if there is always something to learn and someone to help, and we should strive to do both daily. When Kasey is not doing massage, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.
