Hope Wellness wants to help you become anchored in wellness. Our therapeutic massage aims to facilitate change in the body to be the best version of itself. We treat the body as a whole and recognize that pain may be rooted in a deeper problem. Each session is customized to what your body needs that day. Types of massage offered: Swedish massage, deep tissue work, cupping therapy, oncology massage, prenatal massage, relaxation, connective tissue release, sports and injury, stretching, hot stone therapy, and chair massage.
