Lance is amazing and I am constantly recommending him to everyone I know that's looking for a massage therapist. I have chronic pain from old injuries and a physically taxing line of work. He's been, by far, the most helpful MT I've ever seen. He explains what he's doing and why so I understand and gives me advice on things I can do at home in-between visits. The massage is always comfortable, relaxing, and helps alleviate my pain immensely.
He offers mobile services, if you can't come to him, and also offers an amazing Pay What You Can program to Teachers, Service Industry, and Entertainment Industry on Mondays, which has been a life saver because I couldn't afford it otherwise.
I also love that his office isn't decorated with a bunch of overwhelming incense and water fountains. The decor is subtle, professional, and shows his care and attention to detail of the work as opposed to fitting some kind of superficial vibe.

I've gotten 3 or 4 massages by Lance already, and each one is better than the last. Every experience has felt safe, comfortable, healing, and informative. Lance is always very thorough about sanitation which is super important to me. He makes sure to never rush a session, even if it's a shorter one, and communicates with you every step of the way so you know what to anticipate as well as explaining what he's doing and why. I always leave feeling better, and understanding more about my muscles and how to care for myself. I've recommended him to everyone I work with, and will keep doing so. I've never had a massage therapist before him who understood the specific physical strain my work industry causes, and intentionally works to treat my body accordingly.
