I use a variety of manual and massage therapy techniques to resolve and aid the healing process for those people suffering from acute and chronic pain. The primary goal is to reduce the pain so that each individual can return to the activities that they enjoy most as soon as possible.
I work with Jim at a local Yoga studio so I am very aware of his stellar skill set as a sports/orthopedic massage therapist.
The fact that my pain is gone sums up my experience.

I was sore after my treatment and again the next morning but was better by mid morning. I think it will help me but think I need a few more sessions.

Made me feel at ease, was very warm and personable, constantly asked if pressure felt okay.

Jim both asks and answers questions during his massages so it’s a learning opportunity in so many ways

Jim listens to me and works on the areas that are causing me problems. In no time I am feeling great again.

Jim has been phenomenal in working with my shoulder and neck issues. Working out some nerve irritations I was having. Also great at working around my schedule.

Loosened up all of my sore/tight spots without feeling the usual bruised and beat-up feeling that you'd get at other more conventional places. I was so impressed that I immediately bought a package in the next session. I took massage therapy courses before, so I am difficult to impress, but I was - after 1 session.
