"Sonja’s love of bodywork came by way of the dance world in Los Angeles.  She has practiced with many dance troops and always enjoyed facilitating stretches and warm ups for her team.  Through this process Sonja deepened her awareness of tension patterns, with an acute eye for postural alignment and how breath moves through the body. Sonja brings this same passion to the healing arts.  Over the past seven years, she has been blending Eastern and Western theory to help facilitate ease of movement with her clients.  Her specialties include Deep tissue and Swedish massage, as well as Trigger Point Therapy.  Sonja has a deep drive to facilitate the health and well being of others through her work; this is quite evident with each session she offers."
