We understand progress comes in different forms and timeframes for each individual and we focus on this aspect as you venture on your wellness journey. We are a mobile massage service who drive to your location. Mess free, hassle free, COVID19 precautions, and cleaning in between clients. I grew up in Coachella Valley where the sun never stops shining.
From desert to the sandy beaches, Long Beach City welcomed me with open arms and an even more heart warming community.
Over the years of self discovery fast forward to July 2020, I've finally found myself a graduate of the National Holistic Institute Core Program, certified through CAMTC (#84837) studying Western and Eastern modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Sports, and Energy Work.
To further expand my knowledge I chose to enroll in NHI's Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program where I will graduate March 2021 studying Trigger Points, Myofascial Release, Deep Transverse Friction, Somatic Movement, Orthopedic Sports Injury Management and Rehabilitation, and Pain Education Neuroscience.
My love for this career path always reminds me to be my best and more for my clients.
