I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York for five years and I have to say if you schedule an appointment with me and ask for light or general relaxation work I will give you the name of someone else to go see. I find general relaxation as a goal to be boring. I want someone that is aching after a work out so that the work done here gets them back in the gym so they can continue towards their goal. I need that nurse that has been on their feet for 16 hours and most definitely needs to relax but sciatic pain just won't let them sleep.

I will do stretching to get extra movements in your legs, arms, and neck. I will use trigger point therapy to release that "knot" in your shoulder that just may be causing the numbness in the tips of your fingers.
