Specialized education in the following areas: Lymphatic Drainage; used to reduce pain and swelling from injury or surgery, detoxification, reduce fine lines/wrinkles and dark circles, and improve immune function. (Nicely complimented with Aromatherapy.)
Cranial-Sacral; used to align the central nervous system, improving immune function and mental clarity, balancing skeletal system, improving flow and health of nourishing fluids surrounding the brain, sacrum, and spinal column. Trauma Touch Therapy; a body-mind therapy used to empower people who have experienced trauma (ie. Physical or emotional abuse, witnessing violent acts, injury, surgery, loss of loved-one, PTSD sufferers…) to move forward physically and emotionally so that they may experience life more fully. (Done fully clothed in 10 sessions. Can be an adjunct to psychotherapy.)
