Laurel Valli moved to Colorado after spending two wonderful years on the Big Island of Hawaii where she learned that the aloha spirit is all about treating people with care and compassion.  Her professional approach to massage embraces the spirit of aloha.

After a rewarding long term career in Human Resources where she enjoyed focusing on meeting employee needs, she had the opportunity to alter her life path and learn new skills aligned with alternative health and wellness helping others through the healing modality of therapeutic massage.  Partnering with clients the goal is to allow the body to connect pathways of physical, mental, and emotional energy reminding the body of its natural state of being perfect, whole and complete.

Laurel has received training in therapeutic massage, hot stone massage, oncology massage, Myofascial Release (John F. Barnes trained), reflexology, CranioSacral therapy, medicinal aromatherapy and reiki.  She is very excited to join the practitioners at Cornerstone Wellness & Medical Massage in Littleton, CO and she looks forward to supporting you on your journey to wellness.
