I came in expressing my back was in pain and I wanted to focus on the glutes and up, along with the full body experience. I laid there waiting for her to work on my back and was disappointed that only the last ten minutes or so were spent there. I was also never asked what pressure I would like, and her pressure was very light. While Pauline was nice, professional and does a good massage for a relaxing experience, I would not recommend her if you are looking for more of a deep tissue or any sort of pain relief. I left with the same pain and received no aid for what I was there for.

Very Professional, adn very calming. Truly a great massage. I surely will be back and will be getting my Husband in for a massage.

I went in with a specific muscle problem. Wasn't addressed in the massage. Had to pay for another massage the next day as the problem had worsened (that much). I've had massages for almost 45 years. I've never felt I should be refunded until now.
