Modern living places a variety of stresses on our bodies that can result in physical discomfort. We specialize in achieving natural, healthy relief from pain and discomfort using a variety of massage techniques.

Massage For Health is located on the SE corner of 70th and A in the Lincolnshire (Medical) Plaza. We have ample parking available and we recommend you park on the EAST side of the building, which also allows easy access with no stairs.

Our mission is to provide therapeutic, pain relieving massage services for the purpose of enhancing the well-being of clients, so don't delay and book your appointment today!

Hot Stones Massage with Natalie

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

I graduated from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in December of 1997. I have been active in the massage community by volunteering on the Nebraska Chapter for the American Massage Therapy Association, as Honors & Awards Chair and most recently as Sports Team Chair. I also volunteer with the Lincoln Track Club and organize over 80 LMTs for the Lincoln Marathon. I enjoy learning and have attended Doane College, Peru State College, and SCC. I also continue to take classes to expand my massage knowledge and training! I am passionate about helping my clients keep their quality of life and improve their quality of life.

Not only is Natalie a wonderful massage therapist, she is also a positive and caring person. When I showed up for my massage appointment yesterday, I was stressed out as I had a busy day at work. She immediately made me feel relaxed and I stopped thinking about my crappy day for the whole hour. By the time I left the appointment, I felt less stressed about the day.
