I was so overdue for a massage. I walked out feeling like jello. Spent the rest of the day having my back pop randomly in the best way as my spine got on board with the new situation. A little sore the following day, but that's just fine, not unexpected with the kind of deep tissue work I normally need and my muscles were in an extra bad state on this visit. Exactly what my body needed. Ariel's hands are like heat-seeking missiles for the true problems in my shoulders.
