Hi Eric, we are sorry that our student didn't meet your expectations. Since we are a school, our students are not equivalent to a seasoned massage therapist as they are regularly learning new techniques and practicing them. There is the possibility that the pain you're experiencing is not muscular, or at a student level to alleviate. If you would like some numbers for licensed therapists in the area that are skilled to work on your specific concerns, please send us a message.
Oh, Kathy, those chiropractors have quite the laughs over there. Whenever we hear the cackles, we just smile and shake our heads.
It would be helpful to reach out directly to the director so we can address your specific concerns, an anonymous review makes it very difficult to evaluate. As for our receptionist looking like she may have just gotten out of bed and been a little groggy, we are a massage therapy school and our staff get regular massages from our students as part of their training, so that's a wonderful compliment that she looked that relaxed! We aim for all of our clients to leave feeling that wonderful!
Thanks for coming in! We agree that Monica gives a fabulous massage. We have plenty of blankets, next time we will make sure Monica has one in the room. Even with the heated tables, summer time can be tricky. Many clients come in from the heat and appreciate the a/c, but we each have our own thermostats!
Thank you so much for supporting our students during their training and your generous tip! Our students greatly appreciate them. All tips go into our scholarship fund which all students are eligible to receive through very achievable scholastic measures. They are offered more in scholarships than they “bring in” from tips, so they do receive all of them and more, just in a legal way.
We are glad you found us! We have a really big sign on the front of our space and also on the street side. It is our logo, so should be easy to recognize.
Cleanliness is one of our priorities. We work diligently to ensure that our sheets are laundered and smelling good and oils are removed so they don't smell bad!
We are so glad you enjoyed your massage! Oh, we wish! The space was already built out when we found it. Someday when we build a space, there will definitely be plenty of insulation in the walls and ceilings. Our students do a great job of speaking softly, and try their best to guide clients to do the same.

Oh no! Too bad you didn’t let the student know you were cold so they could turn the table warmer on. It’s been too warm for table warmers until very recently, so the students haven’t been turning them unless requested. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t find the table comfortable, our tables have the thickest padding that is used to make massage tables.

We are so sorry that he was so loud. Yikes!! We try our best to let clients know that they should lower their voices since voices do carry.
So glad we could work with your scheduling needs. We are a massage therapy school and not a spa. Also, with covid, all therapists nationwide are being advised to have the bare minimum in rooms to make sanitation even easier.

We are sorry that it was noisy when you were here. We do our best to educate clients that some clients like silence during their sessions, but some people just don't understand. Some clients use massage therapists as a sounding board for the stresses in their life, but we do try our best to ask them to keep their voice level low so others don't hear especially when they share personal/private information.

We filled the containers the day before and somehow the lids got switched from a regular cream to the cbd cream so you are correct that your massage had little to no cbd cream coming out of the pump. We have blankets to add if a client gets cold. We will make sure the student asks next time you visit. With the addition of masks, most everyone is more comfortable with it being cooler at the school, but there are always the exceptions! Don’t hesitate to ask for a blanket if you’re not offered one. We did remove them from the rooms to avoid contamination especially during this time, but we still have them.
We are sorry that you didn’t like the sheets. Most of our clients find the flannel sheets inviting. We are a school and not a spa so we aren’t going for the spa effect (many schools only have a fabric curtain between the areas for student clinic!). We clean and sanitize our rooms between each client. Was there some in particular that you saw that we missed?

We are so sorry about that! Our system cycles thru the songs on shuffle and we didn't realize that once it goes thru all the songs, it turns off. One would think it would continue shuffling thru until we turned it off. We apologize that it broke your zen.
The music plays throughout the all the rooms at the same level, but it can be adjusted in each room. Next time, feel free to ask your student therapist to raise or lower the volume. We look forward to seeing you again!

We apologize for that. We were having issues with previously removed songs sneaking back into our playlist the day you came in. We haven’t had those songs come back so we think they’re gone for good!
We follow regular business hours currently, but may someday have evening hours available. We are a small school so can’t accommodate everyone. Our hours are posted online. Our advise is to check business hours before purchasing a Groupon so you make sure it works for you.
We just got another speaker for that room. Olga likes that room since it has the pretty floor. We thought she was using her phone for music when she uses that room. A massage without music is awkward for sure. It will have music next time!

When you were in, there was only your student therapist and one licensed therapist there and both were in sessions. There was no talking going on, so you must have heard our neighbors thru the wall. We can hear them laughing, but there is nothing that can be done about that since they are an independent business in a different suite. We could see you in a room across the hallway at your next visit as we don’t hear them over there.

We do have some loud clients, and we can’t control that, but can certainly address students conversations as they’re not to congregate at the front desk. Also, we often hear our neighbors thru the walls, and they laugh a lot. So it is possible that you were hearing noise from one of the other businesses.

Thai massage is always fun for the students to give and there isn’t much demand for it, so we are glad that our student was able to get more experience giving a Thai massage!

We are sorry to hear that you were cold. We understand that it can make it very hard to relax when you're cold! We do have blankets that we can add if it's chilly for you. We keep the temperature at a constant 70 degrees year-round which is comfortable to most clients, but we keep the blankets just in case it is not.
