Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Fire Cupping - 30 min.

Fire Cupping is a technique used in Asia to increase circulation and reduce stagnation. A flame is applied to cups to eliminate the oxygen, creating a gentle vacuum seal on the skin that has a similar effect to a massage. The suction on the cups may cause some pain-free purplish marks that go away after a few days. Primarily I prefer to do "sliding cupping" as this leaves fewer marks, but will do stationary cups on request.

1 hour Qi Gong Energy Healing

Qi Gong Energy Healing is similar to Reiki. Some experience sensations of warmth, tingling, electricity, or cold. It can be very helpful for issues that are difficult to identify and treat. I recommend the 60 minute treatment for serious issues, but recommend the 30 minute treatment for minor issues or overall wellness and balancing.

Allison is AMAZING! She really took the time to evaluate my specific needs and preferences to create an individualized plan for achieving my goals before jumping into the massage. I appreciated her thorough intake assessment, instead of merely asking what areas to focus on/areas to avoid like most massage therapists rush through before beginning a session. Her massage technique was EXCELLENT- she used firm, deep pressure without inflicting any pain or discomfort. Also very glad that she incorporated aromatherapy into the session. I felt sooooooo relaxed afterwards and totally relieved of my shoulder pain. Definitely will be a regular client of hers. Everyone needs to check her out!
