At Starr Wellness, I incorporate a collection of techniques designed to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience. 60 Minute Massage

Recommended for focused, clinical work, typically using the majority of the time to address a specific issue or pattern in the body. Also good for those looking for a relaxation massage.

Recommended for introductory sessions so that we can appropriately and effectively treat the body and assess for future visits. Typically used for therapeutic bodywork, 90 minutes usually allows time to thoroughly address a target area, while also providing time to incorporate the full body.

I graduated from Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2015 and have been working as a massage therapist since. Originally from the Boston area, I moved to Lexington with a goal of transitioning from the corporate world to massage therapy, a career more fitting with my interests and personality. A casual athlete for most of my adult life, I have participated in sprint triathlons, obstacle courses and long distance relay runs. I was an avid CrossFitter for years, which ultimately led me to powerlifting, my sport of choice. My athletic interests and my own experiences of receiving consistent quality bodywork led me to massage therapy as a career. Since earning my professional license, I have dedicated upwards of 200 hours to continuing education classes. These days, if I'm not working or lifting weights, I can be found out on a trail somewhere hiking with my dog.
