Tasha always does such a great job! She personalizes my massage each time to what my body needs - even if I don’t realize I need it! I play a lot of sports and have had multiple injuries. When I came to her with a hyper extended elbow (that had had time to “heal”) and an IT band injury, she knew exactly what to do to get me back to feeling good. She definitely knows what she’s doing!

I was expecting a Swedish Massage but this was a deep tissue. Tasha told me to let her know if I needed her to back off but I decided I needed the deep tissue...
