Intentional Flow has been in business for five years. I work WITH client to improve health and wellness, reduce stress and promote body self-awareness. Using a variety of techniques, I encourage client feedback to provide customized massage experience. Swedish massage, myofascial work, stretching and slow specific work are the techniques typically used. If you are looking for a deep tissue therapist, please look for a different therapist than me.

This was the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to a massage.There wasn't any oils involved,lotion wasn't enough,and my body was being rubbed DRY.She didn't give me a start and finish time and it seemed like she finished early.Very unprofessional and I wish I could've went somewhere else.Stay away from this masseuse.

Mary Pat was extremely accommodating to the fact that I needed to push my appointment time down 30 minutes due to something unexpected at work. I then had issues finding the location so the massage started a little later than scheduled. I expected my massage time to be cut short to keep her on schedule for the end of her shift. She stayed late to ensure I had my full 60 minutes and seemed happy to do so. She worked on all my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I believe she went above and beyond for me and I so appreciated it.

Loved how much Mary Pat valued communication and understanding my needs. She was super professional and just had a relaxing presence. I could tell she really wanted me to have a great experience and did everything she could to make sure I had that. Thinking back, I would have liked the relaxing music to be louder to create more ambiance/help me zone out a bit more, and it would be nice if the room was darker, but the eye mask she gave me half-way through was helpful. There were a few things I would change about the massage itself, but that had more to do with me being a beginner and not quite knowing what I like best. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I went on to my job after she worked on me and it was such a better day for me to move, walk, bend, squat down, lift, etc. If you haven't been to her you are missing out on a very knowledgeable person that I my opinion wants to improve peoples lives.
